King Bogus the Monarch’s Record, Like This, is a song for your summer playlist.

It’s not every day that you hear an upcoming rapper has a feature with one of the hottest artists in the game, Lil Baby. But then again, nothing about Nicholas Bogus, professionally known as King Bogus the Monarch is ordinary. Frequently recognized as one of the best and well-known rappers in the state of Georgia, his brand has attracted newer and older fans alike with a focus on lyricism and well-crafted music. His newest song, “Like This”, which features Lil Baby, is just another example of the two, and yet still only a glimpse of what’s coming next.

Ever since Bogus came to Atlanta from his hometown of Savannah, he’s made it his goal to become one of the game’s most respected emcees. While in college at Morehouse, Bogus got the chance to work with hit-making producer Bangladesh and from there built a name as a reputable sound engineer.

Over the course of his time in the studio, Bogus met Lil Baby and struck a working relationship with the upcoming rapper. The result of their relationship is his most recent single, which allows both emcees to flex their lyrical muscles over the track.

“I had that verse for a minute, says Bogus. It’s a blessing and a testament to networking. “

King Bogus’ fanbase, affectionately referred to as the 9er, or The Kingdom, will appreciate the song, but according to Bogus, they can expect more magic to come from him in the months to come.

“I got my way of doing things. I’m not worried about a cosign, but at the same time I gotta let people know where I’m at.”
