The popular musical audition brought its first season to a close in style this past Tuesday.

On Tuesday, October 25, the season finale of Iron Fist Cookup took place at Atlanta’s Haveli Lounge. Created and arranged by a crew of producers and DJs, the IFC allows upcoming producers a platform to share their work and solicit feedback from experienced musicians and tastemakers in hip hop.
Tuesday’s show, which was produced and designed by Justyn Doyle and Chadwick Jones, brought an end to the popular producer panel series which positions upcoming producers with a platform to get their music heard.
For the season finale, IFC judges included acclaimed music producers Bolo the Producer, Kid Wond3r, Drumma Boy and Mr Hanky, all of whom are known for their charting top singles with some of the industry’s top artists.

Producers from as far away as Nebraska and as young as thirteen all showed up to audition their music in hopes of landing a coveted placement and partnership with any of the judges present. One of the highlight moments came when child prodigies Mapa and Avery Brown played some of their standout tracks for the judges and audience.
