Samuel Wright is an author, educator, and speaker from Atlanta, Georgia. He graduated from Fort Valley State University where he received his Bachelors of Science in Education as well as a Masters of Arts in History.  He is currently serving as an instructional coach at Dooly County High School in Vienna, Georgia and regularly writes on Medium under the pseudonym Solomon Hillfleet.

Educationally, Samuel adheres to the theory of social constructivism and uses his understanding of social issues to motivate students to succeed. Through a blended focus on literacy as well as history and sociology, he was able to achieve success in the classroom.

As a writer, he aims to bring awareness to social and cultural issues that millennials experience in this ever changing and evolving world. His most recent work F*k Boy: Jaded Gems is a collection of memoirs focusing on important issues that plague male society today from hyper masculinity to male fragility.

Authors such as Richard Wright, James Baldwin, and Carson McCullers are his literary inspirations and through his works, he hopes to provide perspective on the intersectional struggle and encourage dialogue.
